Becoming a Catholic

If you feel that you would like to join the Catholic Church as a first step you could speak with one of the priests in the parish. You can contact us at 020 7937 9866 or
you can may prefer to speak one of us after the Sunday or weekday Masses to make an appointment to meet.

We usually invite those interested in entering the Catholic Church to join a small group of parishioners and ‘enquirers’ who meet once a week to explore what being a Catholic means. The meetings begin in the autumn and end at Easter. You will be received into the Church during the Easter Vigil Mass. This process is known the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA).

If circumstances make it difficult for you to join the RCIA group other arrangements will made to accommodate your needs.

Please feel welcome to attend Mass at the parish while you are making your decision and during the RCIA process.

If you would like to find out more about the RCIA programme or would like to join it please contact  Fr Matt Blake, OCD.
